Corey is CTO of the Watr ecosystem where he oversees the development and buildout of the protocol, services, and partner integrations. He has 25 years of experience building and managing product development teams from award-winning strart-ups through Fortune 50 companies. He has run operations, engineering, planning, and product development across multiple industries including finance, telecommunications, adtech, and military applications.

Prior to working at Watr, Corey was the CTO of Atomyze where he built a blockchain-based commodities tokenization and trading platform. He was also previously the Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering at Paxos where he oversaw and launched products across a range of applications including a cryptocurrency exchange, custody platform, commodities settlement, securities settlement, and various digital tokens including BUSD and PAXG.

He has a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Engineering degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Wharton.
