Mary Ann Hawley
Secretary
MaryAnn Hawley is founder of UnifyImpact, an early-stage startup developed to deliver proprietary ESG data directly to consumers, to help align their investments with their values. The web-based app would aggregate institutional metrics and relevant news to educate investors about the sustainable performance of publicly traded companies. The app MVP’s functionality enabled collaboration among users to share information and collectively demand higher sustainability standards from companies. MaryAnn sees the functionality of tokenization of assets to bring liquidity, transparency and accessibility, as a significant financial instrument in the democratization of sustainable investing.
MaryAnn’s professional experience spans the US and UK, where she had leadership roles in strategic marketing and account management for Saatchi, Young and Rubican and Ogilvy Mather. She has lived in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong and brings a global perspective to her professional and philanthropical experience. She is a graduate of Syracuse University Newhouse School with an honors degree in journalism. She is a former Trustee of the Board of Caramoor Center of the Arts, a major music venue in the Northeast.
MaryAnn lives in Greenwich, CT and is an avid sailor.
